Ms. Solcum’s work holds a great deal of meaning about her thoughts and feelings on the harsh realities of society today. Through her work, she explores the many stigmas against all people by creating narratives in her drawings. She finds inspiration in the expressions and life stories of people around her including loved ones, dear friends and even herself.
